IOCOGB Members On-line Ordering

HOW TO ORDER

  1. Viewing of the illustrated parts list is possible by visitors, but to purchase any items, you will need to be a Member of IOCGB
  2. Please note that this is a online order service. You can place your orders only by this system.
  3. Please note that there may be a delay in processing your first order as you will need to be approved as a club member before being allowed to proceed.
  4. Although this is a 'New Spares' service obviously some spares are 'New Old Stock' (NOS) and therefore may not appear to look 'Brand New'.
  5.  We cannot supply parts to non-members.
  6. It is helpful if you quote your cars chassis number and year of manufacture, Also, please tell us whether it is left or right hand drive and if it is a three or four wheeler. The Illustrated Part Lists can be accessed through Open Cart, please take the time to ensure that you are ordering the right parts.
  7. Prices shown are correct at the time of going to press and are for a single item, unless otherwise stated. Parts must be paid for in full before dispatch. Prices may change without notice.
  8. Lee will only pick and dispatch items once a week, therefore you should allow up to two weeks for receipt of your parts
  9. Payment for items, at this point, is strongly preferred by PayPal.
  10. If you do not have personal access to the Web, please find a friend or relative who has access and who can purchase on your behalf using PayPal. We currently have no facility for credit card payments except through PayPal. 
  11. If you have no alternative, payment can be made by cheque by prior agreement with the 'New Spares manager', payable to the ISETTA OWNERS CLUB OF GREAT BRITAIN LTD. in £ Sterling and sent direct to the Treasurer not the 'New Spares Manager' who is unable to take payments due to other commitments. Prices must be agreed prior to placing an order if paying by cheque, and the items will only despatched when the cheque is cleared .

  12. Please note that the flat rate postage charge will only cover parcels up to 2Kg, for heavier parcels there will be an extra charge for postage. You will be notified by email of additional postage costs. Parcel will only be dispatched upon receipt of the additional postage.
  13.  For overseas orders additional postage will be required and delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Please request an estimate of additional postage at the time of placing an order. We also do not advise the use of Surface Mail (by sea). Airmail is slightly more expensive but the items can be insured against loss or damage. By surface this is not possible. The Club cannot be held responsible for loss or damage if the parcel is not insured.
  14. This is a list of the Clubs most popular parts. Please ask if you can't see the part that you require. Also, the Second hand spares service may be able to help.
  15. For Overseas members, we will supply most items of a non-safety critical nature but due to Club insurance limitations, we  reserve the right not to supply certain potentially safety critical items. The decision as to which parts we will or won’t supply will be entirely at the discretion of the Club.
  16. Returns for refund will only be accepted within 28 days from date of purchase. A minimum charge of 25% will be applied.
