Replacement newly manufactured felt Insert. You will need to remove your existing felt from the metal housing and then carefully open up the housing as originally the felt was swaged into postion. Once the correct width has been  achieved  insert the new felt ring fully in position. Note its not easy and a bit fiddly to do this  Once in postion soak the new felt insert in a thick oil until saturated
