At long last we have the Floor to Master Cylinder sealing grommet commissioned by the Isetta Club so this is a new made product as your Girling part has long since been lost in the transit of time or just degraded away! Note The original Floor to Master Cylinder Sealing Grommet did not fit that well around the brake fluid filler and was dependant on the position of the body position on the chassis so this new made part will be just the same.
