Simple to install Laser cut bracket and isolating switch. Remove the 6mm floor fixing bolt situated in front of the battery and bolt direct to the floor using the rear facing fixing hole. Drill floor for the opposite side and use a new 6mm nut and bolt. Disconnect the original negative battery lead and remove from the car and then connect the longer Neg lead Part No 1008/7 to the unused terminal ensure all terminals are tight and turn on the switch using the Red Key. A small hole has been provided at the top to attach a locating string so you do not lose the key. This product has been produced so you can isolate the battery when required as the Isetta has been known to catch fire when the seat springs touch the battery terminals and therefore it is recommended you also fit a cover to the battery top/terminals. You have been warned! This product comes in bare steel and requires painting.      Note You do not need the original short Neg lead when using this switch so do not order one of those as well
